Here at Kia of Fargo, we already know that Kia vehicles are pretty satisfying, but we still love when we see proof that people feel the same way. Yesterday, Kia Motors issued a press release announcing that AutoPacific has ranked the automaker higher than all other popular brands in the Vehicle Satisfaction Awards. The awards are based on customer responses to more than 65,000 surveys that evaluate customer satisfaction with 2015 and 2016 model year vehicles.

Three Kia models also earn the top spots in their individual categories. Soul was named best compact for the third year in a row. Optima was honored with the highest ranking in the Mid-Siza Car segment, and Sedona won in the Best Minivan category.

“AutoPacific’s Vehicle Satisfaction Awards have become an industry benchmark for measuring how satisfied owners are with their new vehicle, and we are thrilled to see the incredibly high level of satisfaction our customers are experiencing with our vehicles,” said Orth Hedrick, vice president of product planning, Kia Motors America. “The Soul, Optima and Sedona are all expertly crafted vehicles and represent just how far the Kia brand has come.”
